"Nice hotel. Our room faced the main street that the hotel entrance was on, so it was a bit noisy due to tourist traffic. They do have rooms facing the courtyard so there are options if noise is an issue. The staff was super nice especially the kitchen staff. Rooms were clean, as were the hallways. Location is 5 min walk to the Duomo, with many restaurant options in the area. We were there in March so can’t attest to air conditioning effectiveness. Heat worked great though! "

"Very close from the big train station, so this hotel is perfect for people travelling around Europe by train. Small, but very cozy hotel m, with super nice staff members. Every single employee there was very nice, and they all had a very caring attitude !"
