"Gorgeous place, big room, good bed, nice breakfast. Very disappointing shuttle service from the airport. Upon arriving at CCS I called the hotel for the shuttle, and was told that it wasn't included with my room. They said I needed to pay $25 USD. I was forced to take a taxi, but it was next-to-impossible to find cash. It cost 60,000 Bolivares and should normally only cost 5,000. (It's only about 7 minutes!) When I finally got to the hotel I showed them the reservation where it specifically says...

"First of all, the water was ration, meaning you get water only twice a day early in the morning 7 -730 am and 4-4-30 pm. After 4-5 days staying at that hotel, i find out that that situation being going on for a long time so i decided to move to another hotel which later i will have to call Expedia about a refund for the hotel charged and other inconvenience i have staying at that hotel."
