"First time in Galapagos and the staff and management at the Indigo made it the most amazing trip. They were very helpful in booking different activities and restaurants. The staff also made great drinks and food was excellent at the hotel. It is by far the most luxurious option in Galapagos. While some write about it being a higher price point, it is fully worth it for the level of service, cleanness of rooms, quality of food and hotel. Thank you to entire staff at hotel for making the trip...

"Check-in was a bit bizarre because they didn't ask for any identification and the hot tub was not full, no explanation, we tried to stop by the front desk twice when staying and checking out and couldn't find anyone. Breakfast was delightful on the roof, but it's a ways away from town and felt very quiet and a bit strange with not all amenities available "
