"This is a family-owned and run hotel that is next to their restaurant and tour business. We soon became family even though we did not speak each others' languages. It is next to the water and pier. We loved sitting out front and listening to the sea lions bark and watch the crabs scurrying about their business. The coveted blue-footed boobie visited each evening."

The staff also made great drinks and food was excellent at the hotel. It is by far the most luxurious option in Galapagos. While some write about it being a higher price point, it is fully worth it for the level of service, cleanness of rooms, quality of food and hotel.
