"First time in Galapagos and the staff and management at the Indigo made it the most amazing trip. They were very helpful in booking different activities and restaurants. The staff also made great drinks and food was excellent at the hotel. It is by far the most luxurious option in Galapagos. While some write about it being a higher price point, it is fully worth it for the level of service, cleanness of rooms, quality of food and hotel. When I had an issue with a tour to Kicker Rock that I previously booked, Jose was able to get me on another boat at the last minute, which I really appreciated because it was a phenomenal experience.
