Lovely clean spacious room with everything you could need. We did think the bar closed quite early( 23:00)."

"This hotel is conveniently situated right next to the M6. It has free parking and free (unsecured) WiFi. Check in was quick, welcoming and friendly. There is no lift and very long corridoors, this was a bit of a problem for us as we have resticted mobility. Our room was spacious and very clean with a good bathroom. There was a walk in shower, but it was quite a step up with no grab rail, so again if you have mobility issues, this may be a problem. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. ...

"Our first visit as we were visiting a hi-fi show nearby, the new landlord had recently taken over and was in the process of making the hotel great again, he said it's been run down a little and they wanted to bring it back up. They did seem a little short staffed but other than that I cannot complain at all the food was good the beer was good the place itself was good the only downside is a noisy peacock in next doors garden!!"
