"I loved my stay at the four points the location is superb right on the financial district station red line. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. From the staff on the front doors, check in was polite and easy the guys and ladies near the elevators, organising taxis, the trip and spa coordinates near the elevators were informative but not harassing which is lovely. "If you are driving, traffic is intense. I parked on the other side of the street and walked in to check in. They offered to get my cat and bring it into the very cramped but possible parking lot. It worked!"

"The location of the hotel is great for walking to find shopping and great places to eat. No car required. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful! The views from the rooftop swimming pool and lounge Café area are amazing!!"

"Well, it’s always a special and unique experience to stay on an old classic cruise ship. I actually sailed on the ship back in 1987 so it was personally special for me and was a joy to reunite with this historic ship. They have restored it pretty well, with more work to do, and certainly it’s a great value for the price. The views are not spectacular, but I had a great experience on board, with nice service."
