"Really lovely hotel. We had a great 2 night stay in a lovely room. Sll the staff were lovely and friendly. The room was comfortable, particularly the bed. With a great, modern bathroom. We really enjoyed our drink in the bar, and breakfast which was well worth the money. The hotel it in a great position. Just down the road from the Abbey, Roman baths and Pultney Bridge. With Sally Lunns a must see and almost opposite. Only down side was the incredibly loud door slams from other rooms...

"Really enjoyed our weekend stay here. The location is excellent - only 10 minutes walk from most of the sights. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with a good shower. Breakfast was very good. Although the hotel doesn't have it's own parking, the Podium car park is right next door."

"On arrival I was irritated to be told that parking was not available on that day and directed to a public car park. When we checked in there was a computer glitch and we were offered a complimentary glass of prosecco. We had a superior boutique room which we really loved. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and had both a bath and shower. Breakfast was good, lots of choice.
