"Salthill Hotel sits right on the coast in Galway, a beautiful and great location. When we arrived, we were told that Hotels.com customers had to pay for parking, which was only €5, not too bad but a little annoying to be siloed because of where the booking originated. "My mom and our two dogs stayed at Lough Inagh Lodge for two nights and had a beautiful time. It’s an extremely well-run and comfortable lodge. Great location. One morning we walked down to the lough in the early light to take in the view and that was glorious. The restaurant and bar offered great food options so we didn’t have to be on the roads at night. And the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Mobile coverage is quite spotty but that was perfect for us (and their wifi worked great)....

"Love this place! I was traveling with my aunt and uncle and the two bedroom apartment with a view of the water was wonderful. The apartments are in a really cute part of town and there are some fun restaurants within easy walking distance along with an ATM, a little grocery store, and a great bakery. Just note... the parking is VERY tight. If you have anything other than a compact, prepare for a very tight squeeze... especially if you are parked up against one of the support beams."
