We drove into the Barrens this morning and watched a Sheep Dog demonstration, Caherconnell Fort, Poulnabrone etc... on our way towards Galway. "

"Beautiful area and amazing to walk around. It’s easier to walk through the university campus than to walk around it (I made that mistake on arrival). It would be nice if the property provided some coffee and tea. I’ve never seen any place that didn’t provide that (including several university accommodations). "

"This property is brand new and in mint condition. It’s walkable to Galway City center, but it’s a long walk. I recommend the bus which is clean, inexpensive and runs frequently. This place was a great option for families with teens."
