"The only issue I had at this hotel was with the front desk clerks. Whenever I asked for directions or information, such as the location of an ATM, they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. It wasn’t just one clerk, but multiple. However, the rest of the hotel staff was great. "

"Lovely hotel and wonderful location. Only problem was the pool had done issues and was clearly not totally clean each day but I suspect it was a filter issue and they tried to drain and clean daily. Other was a wedding happening on the back side of hotel where every single room is, quite an odd choice given the noice and echo. But the rooms were lovely, showers were great, drinks were fresh and tasty. Best of all you can people watch the beach from the pool and not get bothered by the walking vendors."
