"Staff are very helpful. Easy check in even on Christmas Day. Unit was clean but alas showing signs of its age and needing to be refurbished. Excellent value for money. Recommended as a place to stay in Paihia."

"This was a very quaint and welcoming property. The location was great, with easy walkable distance to shopping and grocery stores. The shower was a bit small and on the short side. The staff was friendly and helpful. All the appliances worked and there was parking for our car right infront of our room. We would definitely return if we come back to this area of NZ. "

"We absolutely loved this gem of a place! Our room was very spacious, having a king bed in the bedroom and then two twin beds for our kiddos in the main area. The room was perfectly clean with everything we needed and while there wasn’t AC, there were ample doors and windows to open to create a pleasant cross-breeze. The best part? No bugs!
