"Comfortable room (ambience 'slightly dated/well used'), containing kitchenette and all the gadgets we wanted. The wooden upstairs walkway to our room seemed slightly shaky but in reality wasn't a problem. The location is excellent, at the heart of the town and close to the ferry pier."

We actually couldn't make it for the first night because of a change in plans so we tried to contact the hotel but couldn't get through. When we arrived the next day, we did not get any funny looks or stares. We just got the same nice, courteous service we would expect. Plus, the location cannot be beat. Right on the beach.
