"I had one of the worst days of my life at AMS after a missed connection - stuck in lines all day, repeatedly given wrong information and sent to another part of the airport, surrounded by hundreds of angry pssengers similarly stuck, all to find my flight out of Amsterdam would be delayed two days. I picked the closest hotel with a shuttle and a king-sized bed, which was the Ramada. From the moment my wife and I arrived at the Ramada, we were met with friendliness, competence and convenience....

"Amazing location in the Nine Streets. Close to everything- restaurants, shops, on a canal… I definitely recommend getting a canal view room, it’s so lovely to look out at the canal day or night. The staff at the front desk is kind, professional, and willing to help out with anything. Loved the convenience of having a casual bar and restaurant downstairs. It does get busy but not crowded, if that makes sense. Loved the quiet of my room after busy days too. If it’s more than one person...

"What an absolute gem of a hotel the staff are amazing big shout to Bas who was incredibly helpful through my stay. The hotel was wonderful bedrooms are beautifully appointed and the bath is so deep I couldn’t get out ! Dirty Martinis in the Taylor Bar were exceptional Eggs Benedict perfectly done 5/5 definitely cannot recommend highly enough."
