"There’s a lady that works at the front desk. He’s passive aggressive, nitpicky, and works hard to make sure customers don’t feel comfortable or safe. I would recommend that the company disregard her contract and make sure that she does not work ever again in the hospitality industry, she has caused me to go through great lens to make sure no one feels disrespected and that same way again."

Not sure how to enter at night if not checked in, I had one guy run in the door behind me and get in the elevator with me, which is kinda sketchy considering who is hanging around the station late at night. The hotel itself was a real 4star. Laundry service was reasonable, location was superb, the hotel is very cool looking - kind of like a big air ship - and has super long hallways. I loved the bathroom tub, one button simplicity for the exact perfect temperature...

"A convenient location if you are travelling by car, it’s a long walk from Bunnik Station and not friendly for those walking. Rooms were comfortable and clean, food at the restaurant excellent, but the service was not attentive in the bar / dining area (staff often talking to each other and checking their phones rather than looking out for guests). When you had their attention, service was very friendly and helpful. Overall, better value than staying in Utrecht Central, but not as convenient...
