"It isn’t a 4 star hotel, the rooms are tiny and basic, no baths, the sink was stained, no water fountains on the floors, vending machine didn’t work, hole in the ceiling in the hallway of block 4, food basic and bland after the 3rd day knew what to expect each day. The staff were polite, friendly and welcoming, rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaners were always polite and helpful, but I will not be returning. The rooms need to be updated."

"Overall the hotel was lovely, breakfast was very good, staff was very friendly and kind. The lady from entertainment team was great with pilates and stretching classes. However, there were a lot of 'hidden' fees which I didn't like. You want to play ball pool - pay; want to use safety box in your room? pay. "The rooms are very well distributed, very nice view and very quiet, we had a small problem with the air conditioning but the staff solved it immediately, I would definitely stay there again in the future."

"Property is very nice and clean. Room is a decent size. The location is superb. It's a 5-10 min walk to beach and also a 5 min walk to a main bus station which is the start of the line for many buses which serve different parts of the island. Plenty of great restaurants in close proximity to the hotel too!"
