"Restaurant was closed during our stay and we were not aware at time of booking. Seems it’s closed every weekend!! Receptionist on check in was not very helpful Asked for kettle and cups and told to look in room first then was only given kettle -asked for ice for room and told to go to supermarket. Elizabeth who was on later got cups and ice for us. Back there next week. Will wait and see but nice location"

"My family and I had an amazing few days at this hotel in Gran Canaria. The ocean views were spectacular, the staff was very friendly, and the rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the beach, with great weather and excellent local food options. A perfect experience to relax with family. We would definitely come back!"

"Nice quiet location, close enough to walk to restaurants and the sea. Lovely staff, clean and tidy accommodation, nice pool area, you can always get a sunbed due to the no holding sunbeds rule which is enforced. No 6am towels on sunbeds crew. Bliss! "

"The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff were always accommodating and friendly, often greeting us as we entered and left. The pool and gym facilities were great. We booked a breakfast included package and the meals were always nice. It's located very close to the busiest area of Maspalomas so not suitable if you want a quiet holiday but for us it was perfect.
