"The hotel is in a really nice area of Rethymno. The room was spacious and comfortable. Only downside was the breakfast, wasn’t what you’d expect at a 4star hotel."

"It would have been fine for third/half the price. Lots of problems in the room wihch were partly sorted out. I understand it is supply and demand but for the cost I woudl expext it to be much nigher standard."

Scomoda la posizione :per andare al mare bisogna attraversare la superstrada oppure arrivare ad un sottopasso non molto comodo e vicino. Camere scarne e non perfettamente pulite. L'unica nota positiva è stata la gentilezza dello staff. "

"It feel like you’re staying in a historical home in this hotel. The hotel staff was amazingly accommodating and helpful. The room was lovely, and pretty quiet. In the centre of the old city but away from all the noise. A short walk away from the beach and museums. Lovely stay! "

"Beautiful concept. A very old olive oil producing village recovered and turned inta a hotel. The ancient houses turned into hotel rooms. Breakfast varied and excellent. Would love to return"

"I booked a Jr. suite and it is very nicely appointed. The air conditioning works perfectly. The room is maintained nicely and I had a loft bedroom facing the sea with a small balcony overlooking the sea. The decor was very nice with a living area with sofa, cocktail table. The in room safe was not bolted very odd and concerning they need to correct that. I had two bathrooms one on the main level with large shower and one in the loft bedroom a large circular sinker tub very nice to take a nice...

"The whole place smells like cigarettes, bathroom had what appeared to be black mold under the bathtub & there was hair on the floor from previous guests. All that being said the bed was really comfy & the area was close to all the fun restaurants but far enough away to be quiet"

"Beautiful property! Peaceful feeling. Breakfast and Dinner included. Food was amazing. Service was great. The staff was amazing and fun! Only down side was many of the amenities in the kitchen area did not work. For example the tea kettle didn't work and the fridge shut off when the key was removed for the electric. "

Room was excellent and comfortable Entertainment staff good with lots going on day and night Only negative is the cleanliness of the pool. It is murky and green coloured and we had upset stomach after swimming. Perfect hotel otherwise "
