"Everything is amazing in the hotel it is very suitable for families there is good service and great food, everywhere you go in the hotel the staff are very understanding and kind. The only thing is that there could be more air conditioning as in the room it is quite hot. We had a great time we recommend it to anyone"

"Beautiful property! Peaceful feeling. Breakfast and Dinner included. Food was amazing. Service was great. The staff was amazing and fun! Only down side was many of the amenities in the kitchen area did not work. For example the tea kettle didn't work and the fridge shut off when the key was removed for the electric. "

Room was excellent and comfortable Entertainment staff good with lots going on day and night Only negative is the cleanliness of the pool. "Booked as a last minute 3 night stay for my wife and I, having not been to Crete previously. The hotel was great. Large clean room with a sea view, 2 pools, a water park and plenty of sunbeds. There is also a reserved area on the beach for hotel guests with an all inclusive bar right next to it. The food was good, with plenty of choice. I would 100% recommend this hotel. We are already looking at returning again with our kids."

"We had half board, payed 40 EUR per day. Breakfast was not perfect, every day same, and juices were really bad (quick mix of water and some concentrate). But dinners were delicious! Don't expect lobsters or something exotic, but nice home made food, that tasted really good. Dinners were every day different. Territory has lots of flowers and nice beaches are nearby.
