"Upon arrival you are greeted with smiles and helpful staff to gather luggage and help you to check you in. English speaking friendly staff in the front of the hotel. Unfortunately you are then inundated with staff required to offer you specials and deals they offer through the hotel, and do not take “no” for an answer easily. Throughout the rest of your stay anytime you walk through the front to the elevator to get to your room, you will be offered deals and promotions. This gets very tiresome...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful clean and well maintained. Our villa with a wonderful with a beach view. Staff at the reception were always friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. "

"Staff — excellent. Food — very good. Location — amazing. But two minor quibbles. 1. Bar closes at 6 — right when I start thinking about a cocktail. There is a space above the reception that is set up like a bar but was never open the two times we stayed there. 2. Rooms are luxurious but there is no glass in the windows/doors so when it is hot (most of the time in Zihuatanejo) you have all the shutters closed for A/C so no view at all. "This is a condo building not a hotel (no on site restaurant, store etc, but you can request daily housekeeping). It is located on top of a steep winding road, very quiet and private, AMAZING views of the bay. They were communicative in advance of our arrival and we could text anytime we needed something. A water dispenser was provided so we didn't need to worry about going to the store for bottled water. Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals at home. Beautiful tastefully...

"This place is really beautiful and well designed. Unfortunately we had issues with our suite. Many of the doors didn’t seal properly leaving sometimes a 1 inch gap to the outside. This led to many mosquitoes getting in the room and biting us while we tried to sleep. If you are worried about dengue or sika don’t come here because there is no way to keep mosquitoes out and no mosquito net on the bed. We told maintenance and they gave us raid and a mosquito racquet but didn’t really fix the issue....
