"Nice hotel in a good center city location. Our room was a nice suite and quite large for a city hotel. They have two restaurants attached, including an Irish pub that has very good food and service. The reason for not giving it the "excellent" rating is that if you offer free coffee in the lobby in the morning, someone needs to be checking it as it ran out of a couple of supplies and the person at the desk could not find replacements. I ended up going to the Wawa that is behind the hotel."

Every single staff member we interacted with was extremely hospitable, warm, friendly and service-minded. "Negatives: Staff was not overly friendly. Valet/Bellstaff stood around and watched as your struggle with doors and luggage. Sat down to eat a donut at the bar in the morning and drink my coffee and was told I could not do that. I was the only one sitting at the bar of 15 seats at the time. Positives: Location and rooms are nice, breakfast place in hotel was very good. "

"Your 13 Restaurant was poor. You need a better restaurant. Just contract with IHOP and replace whoever is running 13 now. Food was bad. Service was poor. Only good thing is that it’s convenient,"
