"The staff was incredible. We eloped during our stay and were sent a special care package by the staff to congratulate us which was such a sweet surprise. The restaurants on site were delicious. It’s located in perfect spot to walk around Coral Gables. We can’t wait to book our next stay! "

"Yotel actually was a very nice hotel. The only thing that bothered me was there was no place to sit other than the bed. The rooms are small and I don’t necessarily like the twin beds, but it was a very nice hotel. Food was good. Drinks were good. I would stay here again just not in the twin room."

"I waited a long time for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, which is suppose to run every half hour. I finally called the number I had luckily noted. The hotel had no heat and it was an exceptionally cold spell in Florida. The hotel was out of blankets when I arrived. They offered me little to compensate how cold it was!!! On an up note, I was upgraded to a suite which was VERY nice (minus how cold it was). Upon check-in when I was informed of my upgrade and I asked how I got that...
