It was clean, but being a 4 star hotel, the towels definitely need to be changed for new and better quality. Also we were a family of 3: they provided 3 towels: 3 for face 3 for hands and 3 for after shower, even though I requested an additional towel(1), they refused. "The hotel was located on a quiet street on the perimeter of the central historic where sites such as the Duomo and the Ufizi are found. We loved the location as it was quiet and only a 5 minute walk to excellent restauants and 10 minutes to the historic central. The hotel has a nice blend of traditional and modern decor. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful in providing restaurant recommendations. Our garden-view room was much larger than we typically have seen in hotels in Italy....
