"Staff, facilities and food were all excellent. The Hotel policy on removing towels from loungers at the pool before it opens is refreshing. Please continue this. Only problem encountered was the Private car transfer from Hotel to Airport. 30 mins late with no communication, we had to phone to see if it was coming. Thankfully Jet 2 checkin is so good with lots of friendly staff so we made the flight. Edinburgh luggage reclaim was awful and took an hour after landing, but that is not Expedia's fault!"

The entertainment was good and there was something on all day if you wanted Food was nice,pool was great abd the grounds are lovely. It was my partners birthday and the even left a card and a small box of chocolates in our room on the day."
