"Staff was friendly, drinks were good, resort is right on the beach. We had to wait almost every time we went to the buffet or one of the restaurants. Went to the Spa, had a massage and facial, both were wonderful. Resort is in desperate need of renovations though, I don’t think the Hyatt has put any money into it since it was built in the 60’s, the staff do what they can with what they have. "

"Our stay was very enjoyable, and we had a great time. We appreciated being able to walk to the beach and the supermarket whenever we needed something. Our only suggestion is to replace the mattresses, as two out of the three bedrooms in our villa had mattresses with noticeable dips, which caused some back pain. We didn’t complain since it was just a weekend stay, but despite that inconvenience, we had a wonderful experience with a beautiful view. We would definitely come back!"

"We liked the private beach and the room size. We realize this is a timeshare but we are not timeshare owners and the value vs the cost we’d expect more. We asked for an upgrade and was told there were none available but the there were very few suites in use. We literally never saw more than 5-10 guest. It should be made very, very clear that this is a timeshare."

"Property was nice. Room was clean. No issues except our safe didn’t work, got a key from reception and was told maintenance would come by. They never did so we just kept using the key. We were given two room keys, one didn’t work. When we brought this to their attention we were asked what room we were in and then told “oh, only one key works for that room”. "We had good time snorkeling at the beach. The beach is 1-2 min walk. But there aren't many dining options. The closest grocery shop is 15 mins away by the car. The check-in takes some time and our room was not ready by the check-in time."
