"Check in was smooth & easy. Location great for walk to town. We did that every day since there was not a beach to walk. Room was spacious, with little space for storage. Bed was comfortable, water pressure was good. Nice balcony overlooking the pool and cruise ships. Would not have wanted any other view. Room was serviced every day. The whole place was very clean. Elevators were quick, stairs were convenient. The Rif was much quieter than the Mangrove. Beaches at both resorts were not much to...

"I thought this place would have been a much better experience. The only redeeming quality was the gentleman who was very nice and took me to and from the airport. Otherwise this location was a DISASTER. Not only did my key stop working in the middle of my trip, it took a while to fix the situation- there is no office so i by chance saw a cleaning lady.
