"The escape is a perfect honeymoon destination! The staff are kind, the people beautiful and easy going, soft spoken. There is a luxurious unique feel. It is not like most resorts with parties every night, or so big you get lost. So if that’s is what you are looking for, this is not the place for you. There is only restaurant. The menu does change every day, but there are limited options. I’d give the food about a 7-8 out of 10. There is a Pool with pool side bites from 3-5 if you get hungry...

"The access to the beach and pool. The staff was wonderful!! it was quiet and very clean in the rooms. I highly recommend this resort! Jean Marie was amazing! Tango and Sean were amazing! very friendly and helpful! above all they were very very very loving and understanding of my 2 year old. "

"The property was absolutely gorgeous and the staff are so friendly and fun. The only change I would suggest is to have more staff available at the pool area for bar service. The bar was very close so we were able to get our own drinks but that would be my only suggestion. It was our first trip to Galley Bay but it will not be the last!"

"The Verandah is a beautiful resort! I should mention that it is very hilly so it has golf cart porters who can pick you up & drop you wherever you like on the resort but be prepared to wait. We visited during off season so the resort was not super busy & there were several occasions in which we waited over 39 mins & had to call for the porter several times. "I had a beautiful time at South Point Antigua. The service was perfect, from the moment that I arrived until the moment that I left. The service was awesome, and everyone was so find and thoughtful, always there to help whenever I needed. The food at the restaurant was fresh and tasty. The views were breathtaking and the property was quite peaceful. If I ever go back, I will definitely visit again. "

"One of the biggest draws to this property is there are no children. It is couples only. Therefore, peace and calm surround you. Of course, you will have to put up with the screaming children on the plane ride to and from the island unless you fly private. Also, for boat charters, this is a convenient location. For both of these reasons, this resort beats Jumby Bay. Jumby Bay actually tries to attract families with childrens' programs and, boats won't go all the way to Jumby Bay for charters...
