I like the location.Easy to go out because taxi is always availed. The staff at the property(specially at the restaurant) is not friendly at all.I was at the restaurant 10/24/24 for my dinner,it was really deceiving.I work in the hospitality industry for over 25 years I know how it’s worked.

I would love more events or facilities for kids- many hotel around dont welcome families. As one of the few that do, you need more for children. The pool was okay. It was a tad merky and off to the side. Food was okay. Priced right.

This was an amazing place, but it had high food prices, so be prepared and not much choice. The Food was not Spicy enough for us, but we ate the Wings and Omettle. The staff was friendly enough sometimes, but depending on the time of day and how busy you were, you could get a little attitude, which you should not take to heart. They are human and not Robots. If I could give each person a 5K bouns, that would bring a smile to my face.. Overall I would rate the Property 7.5/10

Really nice location directly on the beach. Small compared to Sandals and The Royalton resort which I liked. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The bar and restaurant on site both provided excellent food.
