"Staff very friendly and always happy to help. Lovely location and very relaxing. Good sports facilities and opportunities for exercise. Some buildings look a bit tired and need of some care and attention. Overall the service was excellent although, on more than one or occasion staff members completely forgot about our drinks orders and on several occasions they ran out of ingredients for cocktails etc. But these were minor issues as there was always lots of other choices. "Hammock Cove is an excellent property to vacation and relax. The ambassadors make sure you have everything you need to enjoy the stay. From arriving to checking out, everything was very pleasant. The waterfront villa's are an excellent choice with prime views of the ocean. The food was always great and staff is very accomadating. WIl definitely be visiting again!"

I feel I have to mention some shortcomings: The check in process is not straightforward, and actually annoying: you have to provide your reservation, although they already have your reservation and your room assignment, you have to provide a return flight reservation, you also have to fill out a registration form, although you already submitted your passport. "The hotel is in a lovely position overlooking the Yacht Club with a table on chairs on the balcony Our room was a good size as was the shower room. We had asked for a room on the ground floor close to the lobby and they delivered. The rooms are on a hillside and apart from the short distance to the road they offer a golf cart type buggy to take you up to the higher levels. Free tea and coffee is available 24 hours in the lobby but there was no bar or restaurant on site. However dining...
