"Wonderful room on the 3rd floor with huge balcony and a view of the lake and beyond. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good, plenty to choose from. No toaster for the bread ? We ate at the rooftop restaurant which was ok but the stand out was our lovely waiter who did an excellent job looking after a full restaurant. "

"Property appeared to be newly renovated. Lovely apartment within easy walking distance to main square and many restaurants. Kitchen facilities in apartment were minimal, but we did not prepare any of our meals, so that was not an issue for us. Free public parking was very close by, but it was limited so no guarantee that a space would be available. Common area with a nice coffee machine serving all types of complimentary coffee drinks. "Great spot, friendly staff, parking is outside of the Old town, so you do have to walk a little from the car. Breakfast was great, with the local food spread. Service was great, not 24/7. Make sure to get two room keys, because if one stops working and you are out at night, it will be an issue getting back to the room. Emilija the manager was wonderful, thanks. "

"The apartment is a perfect place to stay in Ohrid. It is across from the Old Town (one street over) which has the majority of things to see and places to eat. Don't be put off by the exterior of the building - the apartment is incredibly comfortable, clean and well-maintained. "

"I booked the property through expedia. On day we were to arrive the property told us that they did not have our reservation and were fully booked. Then when going through Expedia for a refund I was told the property was not giving one? Not sure how you took my money but don't work with Expedia and have no rooms available? Called the property multiple times with no answer for any type of clarification, all done through Expedia messages. Horrible experience and had to book elsewhere "

"This hotel was very dirty and stinky. We have travelled all over the world and understand that a 5 star hotel means different things in different countries, but this hotel was just nasty. Maybe it was a 5 star hotel 50 years ago, but not any more. We did stay over night because we had nowhere else to go and got out of there in the morning. The hotel refused to give us a refund for the remaining nights, claiming they have a strict cancellation policy. I just wanted to show my Canadian husband...
