"On checking-in, around 4pm, we were kept waiting around 5-10mins, ringing a bell that was never answered (even though we could hear it ringing). Just as we were writing a message online to enquire about the check-in, someone finally answered the door. They charged us double the amount they were supposed to and closed the door in our faces, then pretended it was a calculation error when challenged. "Daniel and his mom have taken care of me as though I am family. I intended to stay for 3 days and have extended to over 2 weeks. The apartment is well equipped and the bed is extremely comfortable. The apartment is in a perfect location with many restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and shops. "
