"Great spot, friendly staff, parking is outside of the Old town, so you do have to walk a little from the car. Breakfast was great, with the local food spread. Service was great, not 24/7. Make sure to get two room keys, because if one stops working and you are out at night, it will be an issue getting back to the room. Emilija the manager was wonderful, thanks. "

"This hotel was very dirty and stinky. We have travelled all over the world and understand that a 5 star hotel means different things in different countries, but this hotel was just nasty. Maybe it was a 5 star hotel 50 years ago, but not any more. We did stay over night because we had nowhere else to go and got out of there in the morning. The hotel refused to give us a refund for the remaining nights, claiming they have a strict cancellation policy. I just wanted to show my Canadian husband...

"I stayed in this hotel with my daughter for a quick visit in Ohrid. The receptionists were accommodating and the restaurant staff were helpful. The food in the breakfast buffet were not great. The room was dirty & dusty. The cleaner simply empties the bin and didn't clean our room. I had to prompt her to vacuum. Our booked room was a regular room and when I saw it, it was so disappointing. My daughter & I travel quite often and I can say that it's never a 4 star standard, not even 3 star!...

"Spent three lovely days in Ohrid at the Tino hotel after a stressful few weeks at work. It's clean and ideally located lake front - just a short walk to the town centre and the old town and about 20mins to St John at Kaneo (the famous lakeside church). The hotel staff were lovely and really helpful - finding bus times etc. They have a sister hotel 4km away which they said I could use the pool of - I didn't but it's worth thinking of if you're there a while I guess! The restaurant was delicious!...
