"Great spot, friendly staff, parking is outside of the Old town, so you do have to walk a little from the car. Breakfast was great, with the local food spread. Service was great, not 24/7. Make sure to get two room keys, because if one stops working and you are out at night, it will be an issue getting back to the room. Emilija the manager was wonderful, thanks. "

"Paid £20 to stay here for a night, the view from the room alone is worth that price. The room itself was basic, but perfectly fine for me. The location is very central in Ohrid old town. The lady who checked in was lovely and welcoming. Tv has some global channels, and sports channels - managed to catch some UK carabao cup action! Overall would recommend!"

"Wonderful room on the 3rd floor with huge balcony and a view of the lake and beyond. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good, plenty to choose from. No toaster for the bread ? We ate at the rooftop restaurant which was ok but the stand out was our lovely waiter who did an excellent job looking after a full restaurant. "

"Nice small apartment. It’s clean You have to contact the owner to meet you at a check point to take you to the property. Several things to consider: 1- the address is not the same as the one mentioned on Expedia, it’s up the hill and so exhausting to walk it up if you are coming from the beach or the center of the city. "I stayed in this hotel with my daughter for a quick visit in Ohrid. The receptionists were accommodating and the restaurant staff were helpful. The food in the breakfast buffet were not great. The room was dirty & dusty. The cleaner simply empties the bin and didn't clean our room. I had to prompt her to vacuum. Our booked room was a regular room and when I saw it, it was so disappointing. My daughter & I travel quite often and I can say that it's never a 4 star standard, not even 3 star!...

"Property is on a hill with several signs leading to it and a very small area for parking. There was no reception area and no indication of where to go. We literally walked into one of the doors, walked down a hall and found our names on pieces of paper stuck in the doors. One room had a leak in the bathroom. The rooms were clean and quiet and there was a common kitchen area and beautiful view from a covered common patio area. "

"Villa Europa is the best hotel for the money in Struga, Macedonia. Small hotel, clean, comfortable beds, breakfast included, TV had limited channels, the best part was the breakfast included. Hotel faces the lake Ohrid with spectacular views and all this for $45/ night The next time you visit Struga, you must try Villa Evropa for lunch, breakfast or dinner food is wonderful."
