"What an amazing hotel with gorgeous lake and Mountain views from the room balcony. Could sit there for ages reading a book etc. Breakfast was also not bad at all and hotel gives out free city pass to catch metro and trams etc"

"I double booked a room in this hotel and the front desk staff Emile Lutz and Corina helped me to cancel one of the reservations. They were extremely helpful and always smiling and ready to help in anyway they could. Emile showed me exactly what to do to cancel one of my reservations and was following up with the agent who was questioning my cancellation. He was always ready to help and could not have asked for a better stay. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Hotel was very close to train station and the bus stop was in front of the hotel. "

"This hotel is not only gorgeous and classic but the staff was incredible. They were so helpful with maps and walking directions. The big bonus was it was across from the train and buses so I didn't have to use a taxi. I like to walk and this was perfect. Room had an awesome view of the city. "
