"We stayed for 2 nights. Basic hotel in downtown Lucerne, very close to old city. The free breakfast was nice. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend."

I accidentally left my computer in an Uber, and the hotel manager and team went above and beyond to help me recover it. I truly appreciated their patience, support, and warm hospitality. I feel so lucky to have stayed at this beautiful hotel, and I will definitely choose it again when I return to visit Lucerne."

"This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed there for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are little smaller than expected but manageable. The staff is excellent. The only issue was the noise from trains as the tracks are right next to the hotel. You have to close the windows to reduce the noise."
