"Great location. Walking distance to many sites. Public transportation is right out front for quicker access. Lots of shopping and food choices. Close to the central station but not too close. Nice to have the wine hour before dinner. Hot chocolate in the lobby was nice as well "

"I liked the check in staff friendly approach and also check out. I didnt like that they didnt explain you needed a voucher or ticket for the return shuttle to airport. I even made a comment that i was looking at the airport shuttle times...at the desk. It would have been helpful in this regard. "

I shouldn’t have to get out of my room and take the elevator to speak to reception about towels, heat or etc. it’s really annoying to get out of your room for help or assistance! Other than that , an exceptional hotel to stay! Helen is really helpful at the hotel!! Just keep a phone in the room or a text service on the iPad which is provided in each room!!"
