"I liked Line and always stay here. I come multiple times a year and can see the rooms are getting run down more and more each stay. Loose shower heads, loose outlets, random hanging wires, etc. I’ve had to have “engineering” come up multiple times across multiple stays more recently. Just came back and an elevator bank was closed the entire stay. "

"My room was towards the south end of the hotel and their is a dog obedient academy located adjacent fromthe hotel, so all day I heard dogs barking.I called to request a early check-in and I was told my reservation was noted and to show up at 2pm. I arrived at 2pm and was told "No rooms are cleaned yet" and to wait for a text, if no text is received just return at 4pm. I drove over 100 miles to attend an event that started at 4pm. I was not offended any comps or discounts for my inconvenience,...
