However, the hotel staff were very quick to accommodate and change our room promptly. Overall, a nice, cozy and comfortable stay. "We have stayed here before due to its location so we decided to stay here again since we had a train to catch in the morning. The hotel is inside the Brussels Midi/Zuid station, which is great. The rooms are good size, but also kind of outdated. Abdel (or was it Abdal?) was absolutely amazing, he checked us in with a smile on his face and made sure we were taken care of. We will keep staying here whenever we go to Brussels for sure."

"I debated about the rating for this hotel due to problems we encountered. On our first night, the a/c cut out. At 1:30 am, after tossing and turning and being unable to sleep, I called the desk to inquire. They sent up a portable fan which did a good job cooking the room. Unfortunately, I had to get up early for a tour so not much sleep. I was exhausted the next day which caused us to cut short our tour of Antwerp.
