The hotel held our luggage to make our day of check out easier allowing a full day in the city. It was unfortunate to not be able to access the hotel parking due to very limited space but nearby multi-storey parking was available. "Breakfast was really delicious - our vegetarian option. The staff at breakfast were really kind and looked after is so well. There were a few men dressed in suits whispering to the staff and walking about on phones that made breakfast feel like we were sitting with mafia and made the silent atmosphere quite uncomfortable. Comfort room is really tiny and one luggage rack meant most of our stuff was on the floor. Bathroom is designed badly, soap dispenser too far from sink and drips over toilet....

I was 4 hours early arriving in Bath and was able to leave my luggage at the hotel whilst I did some shopping, then was delighted to be able to check in an hour earlier upon my return.
