"Staff lovely. Walkable to restaurants and shopping areas. Flexible, our check in time was at 3pm and we got there 1 hour early, room was ready so they allowed us to check in early. Accidentally left something precious to me and my fiance after check out and they were able to shio it to out to our current hotel I am happy they found it and shipped it."

"Great stay! We enjoyed the restaurants: main restaurant, quick takeaway cafe, and rooftop bar. The room was cleaned everyday, even though we stayed multiple days. Easy walk to Gion’s sights. We used taxis mostly since it was a bit of a walk from the subway, but most of our trips were less than $10. Would stay here again."

"This was a really lovely hotel stay. The room was nice and had everything we needed. The staff were really helpful and kind even with the language barrier, but both sides managed to make it work with google translate. I was stressing about the best way to send our luggage to our next hotel in Tokyo and the receptionist was really helpful organising Yamoto. The breakfast was also really nice. "

"Quiet,clean and conveniently located next to a station and 7 eleven. Whilst the rooms are small, they have everything you need and are set out well. Excellent staff that go out of their way to assist and even organised our bags to be transferred from Osaka to Tokyo. We would definitely stay here again!"
