"Au Lac Charner hotel is a gem of a find right in the heart of bustling Saigon. This French colonial hotel has beautiful decor and has maintained its traditional feel. It is elegant with its understated colours and is bright. There is some quirkiness too. Our room has a Jaccuzzi-style bath in the bedroom and the shower is on the open-air balcony. "I highly recommend Oackwood Residence Saigon. The staff at the front desk are wonderful. The rooms are well equipped and extremely clean. The restaurant on the ground floor is lovely. My only complaint is that the restaurant serves vegetarian dishes during the day but not in the evening - which seems very odd if you want a vegetarian meal in the evening. Luckily the Oakwood is near a good shopping mall that has a great pizza restaurant with lots of vegetarian options. Check in and Check...
