"Lovely stay waking distance to Durham centre. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Plastic water bottle in room when would have preferred glass. Parking reasonable and ev charging for those they need it. Not 90 min charging time then £10 penalty. Pool a bit cold for me but good for most. Hot tub, steam room and sauna. All good. "

"It was a nice hotel, parking is very limited, at night they lock the car park door but you climb all the stairs with your bags to find out. You then have to exit the car park and walk up the street, there isn't a bell or sign to warn you. Bedrooms are also a small trek using two lifts from reception. Rooms and bathrooms are nice and cery well equipped. Wifi is very good too. Bar is nice, staff are exceptionally friendly and food is tasty. "
