"Loved the room with the mezzanine - really spacious for the three of us. Staff were super friendly. Only negatives were expensive (and very cramped) parking and could have done with a thorough clean and linen change half way through. All in all though, great for what we needed and would definitely stay again. "

"Good: amazing hospitality, clean, great room service, free car parking. Improvements: pool water too cold, no lift but staff helped with the luggage, fire alarm faulty and went off at 6am however the hotel compensated by providing free late checkout. "

"Lovely hotel, in good central village location. Lots of shops, pubs etc nearby. Had a beautiful room with four poster bed. However, mattress was very soft and sagged in the middle, which made for an uncomfortable night. Advertised as kingsize but was really a double. Apart from that room very clean. Good feather pillows too. Restaurant food - very small portions but delicious, although burger dry and hard. Good breakfast selection, but not quite hot enough. Service excellent."
