"This hotel shouldn't be marked as a 4 star hotel. They didn't provide shampoo. Also there were a couple of days that they didn't clean the rooms. Lastly, the breakfast was very very bad"

"The hotel is very nice but the lights in hallways are Motion sensor and when you step out of your room. The hall is pitch black. We had to take an earlier flight and the lobby was also dark and no one was by the desk. We had to ask to turn on the lights while we waited for a cab. Nice hotel but this is concerning!"

"We arrived late at Hotel Paradis due to our train schedule. The receptionist welcomed us with a warm smile; their names were Roger, Hanin, and Paula. After an exhausting eight-hour trip from Barcelona, Spain, we were starving. To our dismay, all the nearby restaurants were closed.
