"Excellent property with great helpful staff, we were early and they were able to give us room around noon instead of 4 PM. Only drawback is back is location. It’s uphill and requires lots of walking also shuttle was not much help. If luxury is priority this is the one for you"

"Poor shuttle service to Haram . During our stay no service at least from midnight fo Fajar and staff won’t tell you that’s is NOT running at this time . May be they can have a dedicated person to guide people about shuttle service . Walking is give or take 40 minutes to Haram . Rooms are nice and clean with modern amenities. "

"The room was excellent, the prayer room was excellent, only small problem was at the reception there was a lady that might need more training on how to deal with customers."

"The first bathroom in the room was dirty with hair on the floor. The second bathroom in a different room was also had a foul odour. Both bathrooms had the same odour. May be because of the ventilation or the pipe under the sink. other than that the entire stay was a positive one. "
