"Cons: No maid service and the pool was freezing cold as it wasn’t heated Pros: gym was great, amenities around the pool were awesome, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms had all you needed, unfortunately we didn’t have a balcony in our room but there were rooms with one, if we were to go back again I would request one. "

"This is a great place a little outside the downtown area. BUT they give you Lyft coupons that allows you to take Lyft to go and come back from Downtown or anywhere else. Do not walk at night around the place. "

"Location was great, close to Broadway. Front desk staff were wonderful. Room was not properly cleaned. Carpet was dirty and stained in multiple areas. Housekeeping did not clean our room or pick up the trash for two days, even after requesting it. "
