"Night manager Kathleen rude and unnecessarily insensitive to us because we booked through Expedia. The General Manager however was appalled at our experience with Kathleen upon arrival, upgraded our room, extended our stay in the finest room on the property and did her best to make our stay absolutely delightful. Because of her we would not hesitate to return and recommend this property without reservation. She deserves 6 out of 5 stars. "
