"La atención y amabilidad del personal es excelente. Sin embargo Nono tiene lo que pagas. El hotel no es barato y los amenities brillan por su ausencia, un simple jabón de manos que hace la función de gel de baño un shampoo y un acondicionador es lo único que hay. El estado de las toallas en la habitacion, spa y piscina es deplorable, la calidad del juego de cama de cálida inferior a lo que uno paga. La piscina fría. Con cosas simples el hotel de una habitación podría tener las 5 estrellas. "

"We couldn’t get into the place. We arrived and there was no one anywhere on the property. Didn’t seem like there were any guests either. The reception was completely empty. It was very eerie and we drove far out of our way for this place. We left and had to drive all the way to Cancun. Worst experience with a hotel I’ve ever had. Refund my money immediately please. "This was a beautiful beach house. Our large group had plenty of space to enjoy the house. We love the landscape of this place. Even on hot days we had plenty of shade due to the beautiful palm trees and a plants. We will definitely be back and would recommend this house. Victor the houseman was very helpful and took care of all our needs."
