"Property is exactly as shown. Safe location, spent nights on the patio well into the night. In fact, other than (friendly) dogs barking ALOT the neighborhood was very quiet. The houses across the street came to life on the weekend and we were told they were people who live in Merida and come for the weekend. There is an Oxxo within walking distance which is helpful. Pao's for breakfast is a must - also within walking distance. A beautiful, comfortable rental."

"Our property manager, Marina was very responsive and we were able to communicate with her during our stay. Being a brand new building they were still getting some quirks resolved but all in all, it was a very nice place to stay; we had a lovely sunset view and a great view of the ocean. There was also a washer/dryer and hair in the unit and this was a huge plus. Marina provided us with beach towels; you may have to ask her for them but that is okay. "Good property. Bed in master bedroom was very loud when sitting on it or moving around. Needs to get looked at. Also the screen door on the front of the unit is broken and constantly opens. Other tenants walk by the unit and slam the door shut. It happened all the time and was very annoying. Unit was good otherwise but these two items need to get looked at immediately."

"Beautiful modern very comfortable apartment. Gf toilet had some difficulties flushing, but otherwise everything was great. I travel with stainless steel cookware, i used that instead of the teflon/non stick pans available. Good daylight and ventilation except for 2 bathrooms. Host was very helpful and responsive. The vicinity was undeveloped, which i really liked, very quiet location apart from bird noises which i loved. Ill book again."

"This property does not deserve to be included into the Expedia book of business. The unit was dirty, very poor maintained and very basic for the price I was charged. I would not recommend any Expedia customer to stay at this location. There are other properties in the same area that offers much better conditions and services if someone want to enjoy the life in Progreso. "

"We really enjoyed it! Easy to find. Easy check in. Pool right out our 2 bdrm ‘villa’. Great outdoor seating area. Quiet. Lovely dogs and I miss them! Kitchen could have more utensils, oven mitts, small plates, small bowls,better microwave, kettle, things like that but it was fine. Had to pay extra for use of a bbq even though we brought our own charcoal. Pool was lovely. We found great restaurants near by. Easy to get to highways. Try the ceviche place near by. "
