"Property is exactly as shown. Safe location, spent nights on the patio well into the night. In fact, other than (friendly) dogs barking ALOT the neighborhood was very quiet. The houses across the street came to life on the weekend and we were told they were people who live in Merida and come for the weekend. There is an Oxxo within walking distance which is helpful. Pao's for breakfast is a must - also within walking distance. A beautiful, comfortable rental."

"This property does not deserve to be included into the Expedia book of business. The unit was dirty, very poor maintained and very basic for the price I was charged. I would not recommend any Expedia customer to stay at this location. There are other properties in the same area that offers much better conditions and services if someone want to enjoy the life in Progreso. "

Bueno, se necesita lavadora en el edificio, se necesita abrir las ventanas para ventilar el departamento, malla de acero en las ventanas para poder abrirlas sin moscos entrando. "Our stay was good there was a few items that needed attention the owner was quick to respond and resolved our issues. Pool was very good the toilet was very slow flushing and no hot water in kitchen had to boil water for dishes."

"Workers there most of our time there. Pool was not a pool but a tank basically. Bottom was dirty snd needed cleaning. Hard to use it when workers were right there. Bathroom light never worked. I guess minimal is s good description. Owner was nice and helpful upon original meeting. Did address tv issue quickly. "

"Good property. Bed in master bedroom was very loud when sitting on it or moving around. Needs to get looked at. Also the screen door on the front of the unit is broken and constantly opens. Other tenants walk by the unit and slam the door shut. It happened all the time and was very annoying. Unit was good otherwise but these two items need to get looked at immediately."
