"Overall a good Stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant was quaint. The food was good even for a limited menu. The main frustration was transportation. Able to get to the different tourist spots from this hotel was hard. I had to use taxis a lot because of confusion with switching between rail and bus just to get back to hotel. Would stay somewhere closer next time. "

"We liked that the room has a functional kitchen and a washer dryer. Although a 12 min walk to Ueno, it was flat. if one uses the Iriya Exit, it cuts a minute or two. Staff was courteous and professional. The downside, most properties that I’ve booked has 11 or 12nn check out time, this property has a 10am checkout. "

"Everything about this hotel was amazing. The rooms were not huge but it was enough for our family of 4. Beds were large and comfortable. The outdoor bath is amazing! Breakfast in the morning is huge. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Quick walk to the river which was perfect to let the kids play. "

"The apartment was perfect size for a family of 4 with two teens. Really well equipped as it had everything we needed for a few day stay including washing machine. It was great location in Asakusa with only 10min walk to Senso ji Shrine. It was between two different metro lines meaning a walk to either station (10-15min). The apparent was designed to maximise the use of limited space and so it felt it had everything we needed without feeling crammed. Very quiet! Not right if you are expecting...

"The service of this place was amazing, especially the two gentlemen that covers the front. I can’t remember one of the gentlemen name, but he went out of his way to help us with requests and accommodations. The place was clean and spacious and in an area where it was centralized to different stations. Highly recommended. "

"Has easy access to a Ministop for small items and withdrawing cash. Right across Sumida river too. The property was nice and clean - the washer dryer combo meant we could work with fewer clothes for the duration of our trip. Wouldn't mind booking at the Mimaru brand again when I return to Japan."
